2 New Crochet Products

In case you missed it on our page, we debuted two NEW crochet items this week! We got a custom request for a hat that we've been wanting to try and it was so much fun to make.

It's called the "Mighty Thor" hat. It is a pattern from Mamachee (who writes some amazing patterns). This hat is perfect for little boys (and girls)! It can also be altered and made in red to look like a devil! Either one would be GREAT as a Halloween costume or just for fun! Order yours today!

The other item we debuted this week was for all the girls! This is a pattern written by Jessica and is similar to our Vintage Crochet Flowerband. This headband is interchangeable!!

It comes with 3 flowers that can be slipped onto the wooden button attached to the headband. You will also be able to buy the flowers seperately so you can have even MORE color options! Get a flower in every color so you can match it to ANY outfit!! Order yours today!

"Emily's Hat"

Many of you heard about Coupon Mommy of 2's daughter, Emily, back in January. Little Emily (3 years old), was diagnosed with Stage IV Cancer around Christmas time. She has spent the past few months enduring chemotherapy and going in and out of doctor's offices, hospitals and clinics. Rosy Bows has been following her journey on her Caring Bridge Page. We are baffled more and more each day at the way the Work At Home Mom community has come together. It's so amazing to be a part of such an amazing group of people who have come together for this cause! It really is an amazing thing.

Rosy Bows wants to help however we can. So, we have made Emily a hat to send to her. We made it 100% cotton so that it is nice and soft on her little head. We also made it purple because it is rumored that purple is her favorite color. It will be going out next week along with "Get Well Soon" Cards from the Kindergarteners in the class that Sarah is student teaching in. After Sarah told them the story about Emily, they were so concerned and so happy to lend a kind word to make her feel better. We have also put this hat up for sale and $3 from every purchase will go to Emily and her family. If you'd like to donate directly to Emily and her family, you can do so on their Caring Bridge Page.

After reading this story, we both held our daughters for a little longer before bedtime. It's so heartbreaking to think about going through something like this. Shannon is such an amazing woman and has helped Rosy Bows so much in the past. The least we can do is spread the word and help them out. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Rosy Baby, Bath, and Body

Introducing Rosy Baby, Bath, and Body!

For over a month now we have discussed starting a Baby, Bath, & Body line. So, we started with washcloths and make-up remover pads. We have been testing them for 3 weeks now and decided that it's time to unveil them! They are 100% cotton and SUPER soft, absorbant, and Eco-Friendly! The baby washcloths are approximately 6.5in square and the textured make up remover cloths are 4in. square.

These products will NOT be available on our website, but will be available on our etsy (coming soon).


You will also have a custom option where you will be able to choose the colors of your cloths. Each pack of baby washcloths will come in a pack of 4 coordinating colors in an beautiful organza bag. These baby washcloths can be used by you or your little one and would make GREAT baby shower gifts.


The make-up remover cloths will come in a set of 5 and will have a special crochet bag that you can put the cloths in and throw in the washer so they don't get lost! The are texturred for extra exfoliation and ensure make-up removal. These would make great gifts for anybody and are also packaged up perfectly to be given as a gift!
100% Cotton make-up remover pads with drawstring wash bag! $16.50 + $3.00 shipping/tracking

The set comes with 5 textured make up pads (you can also choose sensitive skin pads that have less texture) and a drawstring bag for storage and washing!

When you're ready to wash your pads, just toss them in the bag, pull it closed, and put in the wash! You will also receive care instructions with your purchase.

Rosy Bows newest product line- Jeweled Hair Accessories! Our jeweled hair accessories are hand-made with glass, natural wood, shell, and/or crystal beads. Some include cute little charms! Right now we have only barrettes, but look out for headbands- coming soon!

We are still working to put up the website. It taskes much more time and a lot more work than we anticipated! We hope to have it up by the end of next week.

We added a new product to Rosy Bows, Infant Caps! We also made several cute new clippies! Check them out below!




The owls, skull, and princess crown clippies are all handcrafted felt designs. These look super cute in baby, all the way to adult, hair!
